We're the people who can't stop talking about Bulgaria

Tours-BG is a small Sofia-based tour company run by Bultrips Ltd — a team of guides, historians and lifelong travellers who ended up doing this for one simple reason: we kept taking visiting friends around Bulgaria, and the friends kept saying "you should do this professionally."

More than ten years later, we still run every tour the way we'd show the country to a friend. Small groups — never more than eight guests. Real conversations instead of rehearsed scripts. And guides who actually know what they're talking about: our team includes people trained in history and archaeology, which matters in a country where the ground under your feet is often older than the story in the guidebook.

What we run

Day trips from Sofia and Plovdiv — the Rila Monastery, the Seven Rila Lakes, Buzludzha, the caves of the north, the Thracian Valley of the Kings, and more. Hotel pickup, small group, guaranteed departure even if you're the only one who booked.

Multi-day journeys — two to nine days across Bulgaria and into North Macedonia, built around history, nature and food rather than a checklist.

Motorcycle tours and rentals — BMW and Yamaha touring bikes, full gear, and guided routes over the high Balkan passes, run with our adventure team at BKR Guides.

A self-guide audio app — for independent explorers who want the stories in their pocket and the schedule in their own hands.
